Life of the Party

 My experience in Simballay Festival  in Nabunturan was good nor bad because i did not enjoy it much because i can't attend to the most exciting events because of strict curfew and and i don't have permission from my parents,but seeing the "Balay-Balay" thats been stray on the street and their beautiful designs it gives me satisfaction and happiness. Together with friends we take photo to make memories of this kind of festival and together with them is a joyful and unforgettable memory for me.Even thought i did not attend some events , its still a good experience. Simballay is an annual festivity of the Municipality of Nabunturan comes from a Mansaka word meaning, “Togetherness, sharing and thanksgiving for a bountiful harvest.” the meaning really relates the sharing and thanksgiving in the people of Nabunturan.

On December 1, 2017 we celebrated the Parents' Day at Nabunturan National Comprehensive High School, unfortunately my parents were busy on that day so no one attended for me but I still participate in the events at the gym. I helped serving snacks for the parents to give them happiness and satifaction. Even though my parents did not attend that event I am still thankful for them because without them there will be no me in this world.

Based on this video "INAKALA", anyone can be a victim of human trafficking. This kind of crime occurs because of poverty, oppression, lack of human rights, lack of social or economic opportunity, dangers from conflict or instability and similar conditions. Anyone can be a victim, men, women and even children. We need to raise awareness to fight against human trafficking because we may never know that anyone can be a victim of such act. IACAT, a government agency that greatly opposes human trafficking launched this competion to explain further what human trafficking is and the possiblities that may happen if this crime occurs. There are a lot of cancers in our society; sexual exploitation, violence, child abuse, forced labor and many others, and it is by informing people about the hazard and how it affects us in so many ways that we can protect the next generation to come which is the hope of our future.It is very important to raise awareness about human t
